My wife and I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to sell a home. While our home, neighborhood, & city each presented challenges in selling our home we made the decision to switch listing agents. Eric gladly accepted the challenge to sell our home and he did not disappoint. Eric helped with providing input on small aesthetic upgrades that could be made economically. These economic 'upgrades' provided large impacts on our property. Eric doesn't list homes...he sells them!

Eric gay is an awesome realtor. I found myself very ill and in financial difficulty. My house in a rural area with no industry was difficult to sell Eric told me the first day he would stay with me till the end no matter what. The house had to go into a short sell requiring mounds if paper work. Eric always came to my apt so I could stay home as I am always in pain. The house has an IRS lien making it more difficult to sell Eric said I am staying with you and will do everything I can to prevent foreclosure. The lien required many hours if phone calls to IRS and mounds if paperwork and hours if his own time at home. We are at the end with an offer. Eric gas acted in my behalf oon all the legal red tape to let me rest. Eric gay is a realtor far an above the rest.
